Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern the rental agreement between [Car rental in Marrakech] (“Rental Company”) and the person renting the vehicle (“Renter”). By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility Requirements

  • The Renter must be at least 18 years old.
  • A valid driver’s license must be presented at the time of rental and throughout the rental period.
  • The Renter must provide a valid credit card or deposit as a security measure.

3. Rental Period

  • The rental period begins on the date and time specified in the rental agreement and ends when the vehicle is returned.
  • Late returns may be subject to additional charges.

4. Rental Charges

  • Rental charges are calculated on a [daily] basis and must be paid upfront or as per the rental agreement.
  • Additional fees may apply for:
    • Late return
    • Additional drivers
    • GPS, child seats, or other add-ons
    • Fuel charges if the car is returned with less fuel than at the time of rental

5. Vehicle Condition

  • Any damage or excessive dirtiness will result in additional cleaning or repair charges.

6. Use of Vehicle

  • The Renter agrees to use the vehicle responsibly and not for:
    • Any illegal activities
    • Racing or reckless driving
    • Transporting hazardous materials
  • The vehicle must not leave [specified country/region] without prior written permission.

7. Insurance and Liability

  • The Renter is responsible for any damages or loss to the vehicle during the rental period.
  • The Renter may choose to purchase additional insurance coverage from the Rental Company or provide proof of their own insurance.
  • In case of an accident, the Renter must notify the Rental Company immediately and provide an accident report.

8. Breakdown and Repairs

  • If the vehicle breaks down, the Renter must contact the Rental Company for assistance.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications to the vehicle are prohibited and any costs will be the Renter’s responsibility.

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made [number] days before the rental date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 2 days of the rental date may be subject to cancellation fees.
